CSROA Visitor Parking
Please be reminded to register your holiday guests for extended use of visitor parking (visitor parking is for a maximum of 48 hours). Requests must be received a minimum of 3 business days prior to the guest arriving. All requests must be received prior to December 23rd, 2024.
Owners may register their guests for extended use of visitor parking by emailing info@kineticproperties.ca with their full address, the guests date of arrival and departure, the guest make/model and license plate. Guests must be registered for the entire time that they will be visiting. Leaving to return later in the day or changing visitor parking stalls does not “restart” the visitor parking time. The request will be forwarded to the appropriate board and if approved the guests vehicle information will be uploaded into the parking attendants system.
***Owners are required to accommodate parking within their homesite for all vehicles normally expected to be at the residence. Owners/Tenants use of visitor parking is not permitted. Visitor parking is for guests use only and only in designated parking areas (one side of the street in a parking bump our area).***
