Trespass on Tk’emlups te Secwepemc Lands

The lands surrounding Sun Rivers are private property belonging to Tk’emlups te Secwepemc (Kamloops Indian Band). Accessing these lands is not permitted.

The Sun Rivers boundaries are identified by perimeter fencing. Please to do not venture past the fence lines.

Collecting artifacts on Tk’emlups lands is against the law and is viewed very seriously by the Band.

9th Green Book Exchange

The 9th Green neighbourhood has installed a Book Exchange and invite all Sun Rivers residents to participate in exchanging books. It is located by the mailboxes on Clubhouse Drive.

Kamloops Food Bank Drive

On August 14, volunteers collected 3,300 lbs. of food and $450 in cash donations for the Kamloops Food Bank.

Thank you to our volunteers and to all who donated!

People in Motion Bottle Drive

Sun Rivers residents donated $651 worth of bottles and cans to the People in Motion bottle drive. These funds will be put to good use assisting their clients.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR

Please be a good neighbour and pick up after your pet. Doggy-bags and garbage disposals are placed throughout the community for your convenience.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

The Community of Sun Rivers Owner Association is looking for volunteers to assist with Community Events. Without your support, many of these events will not happen. If you would like to give back to your community by volunteering a small bit of your time or would like more information, please email Community@sunrivers.com.
